Alabama Joins CMA Music Festival Lineup

Charlie Daniels Band, Sara Evans, and Travis Tritt also added

Alabama will perform at the CMA Music Festival for the first time since 1995. They announced their June 5 set at LP Field on Twitter. His appearance before concert took place when the annual event was held at the State Fairgrounds Tennessee.



" It's always been about the hobby with us, and we realized that the best way to celebrate and share our 40th anniversary was to do what we do best - playing live music for the fans we like the largest country music festival in the world, " the group said in a statement.

Alabama announced his retirement in 2002, but returned to the road in 2013. They have another 11 concerts scheduled until September, according to its website.

June 5 Alignment of the festival also features Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Brantley Gilbert, Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts.

In addition, Travis Tritt will return to the festival for the first time since 2005. It will be held on June 6 , like Jason Aldean , Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton and The Band Perry.

Sara Evans has been added to the list of performers for June 7. She will join the Florida Georgia Line, Little Big Town, Darius Rucker, Keith Urban and Chris Young. Evans opened the CMA Music Festival on the Riverfront stage last year.

The Charlie Daniels Band will appear at LP Field on June 8, marking his first appearance at the festival since 2006. Daniels made a special appearance during the set last year by Brad Paisley. This year, Daniels and Paisley will return to perform on the same night. Roster of the night also features Hunter Hayes, Lady Antebellum, Thomas Rhett and Zac Brown Band.
